Take a Closer Look at Independent Bankers’ Bank 

Founded in 1983 by Florida community bankers, IBB was established to provide credit, investment and payment services to community banks.  Over the ensuing years, our base of customers has expanded to included community banks, thrift institutions and credit unions.

 

Owned by its member clients,  IBB ensures ready access to financial services for both the member institution and it’s customers without the risk of working with a competing bank.  IBB does not compete with its member clients for commercial or retail business.  By mission and charter, we do not solicit bank relationships direct with the public. 

 

Bankers’ Bancorporation of Florida, Inc. is a bank holding company subject to regulatory oversight by the Federal Reserve.  Its subsidiary, Independent Bankers’ Bank is a state chartered Fed Member bank providing correspondent services to community financial institutions.  Established in Florida, our customer growth has allowed us to expand into Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina.
